Harts Place

Harts Place is a neighborhood of 50 homes inside the Perimeter within the city limits of Chamblee, GA. Harts Place was developed in the late 1980s as a suburban cluster home community, yet close to all in-town amenities. All homes have 2 or more levels and feature the primary bedroom on the main floor. The neighborhood includes brick and stucco homes in a variety of styles. Harts Place has a neighborhood homeowners association that operates under a set of covenants to insure that all homes are attractive and well maintained.
