Harts Place is a neighborhood of 50 homes located inside the Perimeter within the city limits of Chamblee, GA. Harts Place was developed in the late 1980’s as a cluster home community that is suburban, yet close to all in-town amenities. All homes are 2 or more levels and feature the primary bedroom on the main floor. The neighborhood includes both brick and stucco homes in a variety of styles. Harts Place has a neighborhood homeowners association which operates under a set of covenants to insure that all homes are attractive and well maintained.
